In the 1920's, what was the procedure for people who wanted to come to the United States? Research immigration laws during that time to see how Ruth's family relocated over here from Poland.
Research Jewish Sabbath and traditions followed during that time including kosher meals, Orthodox traditions, and such.
Malcolm X - look up his life, his followers, what he stood for, "black power", and his death.
Black Panthers - who were they and what did they stand for?
